Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Promotions refer to offers, such as the free Yoga Nidra session for email subscribers, provided through the Service.

Placing Orders for Goods

By placing an Order for the Course through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

If You wish to purchase the Course, You may be asked to provide information relevant to Your Order, including Your name, email address, and payment details. Shipping information is not required as all Goods are delivered digitally.

You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with Your Order; and (ii) the information You supply is true, correct, and complete. By submitting this information, You grant Us the right to share it with payment processing third parties, including Kajabi, to facilitate Your Order.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

Technical errors
Suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or illegal activity

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Due to the immediate accessibility of digital products, including the Course and workout calendar, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We encourage You to review the Course details on Our Website before purchasing to ensure it meets Your needs. In exceptional cases, such as accidental duplicate purchases, contact Us within 24 hours at [email protected] for assistance, subject to Our discretion.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

The Course and related materials may occasionally be unavailable due to technical issues with Our third-party platform (Kajabi) or updates to the Service. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information, including prices or availability, and We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Prices Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise the price of the Course at any time prior to accepting an Order. Once an Order is accepted, the price is fixed unless affected by circumstances beyond Our control, such as changes in applicable taxes.

Payments

All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment for the Course. Payment can be made through various methods available on the Service, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or online payment methods (e.g., PayPal). Payments are processed securely through Our third-party platform, Kajabi, and its payment partners. We do not store Your payment information directly.

Payment cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If We do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

Promotions

The free Yoga Nidra session offered to email subscribers is a promotional benefit and does not require purchase of the Course. Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by separate rules, which will be provided at the time of the Promotion. If Promotion rules conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply. Please review Our Privacy Policy for details on how We handle Your information during Promotions.

User Accounts

When You create an account through Kajabi to access the Course, You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password You use to access the Service via Kajabi and for any activities under Your account. You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party and to notify Us immediately at [email protected] if You suspect any breach of security or unauthorized use.

You may not use a username that belongs to another person or entity, is not lawfully available, infringes on any trademark or rights, or is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

Medical Disclaimer & Participant Responsibility

The Course is designed to support postpartum fitness, but every new mom’s recovery is unique. Before starting the Course, You should consult a qualified healthcare provider to ensure it is safe and appropriate for Your individual health needs, particularly Your postpartum recovery. By agreeing to these Terms and participating in the Course, You confirm that You have obtained medical clearance from a licensed healthcare provider to engage in postpartum exercise, including the specific activities and intensity of the Course.

The Course, including its videos, workout calendar, and related materials, is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Company is not a medical professional, and the Course is not customized to address specific medical conditions or complications. You participate at Your own risk and assume full responsibility for any injuries, health complications, or other issues that may arise from using the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including the Course, all videos, workout calendars, and related materials (excluding content provided by You or other users), is the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without Our prior written consent. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share Course content without Our prior written permission.

Your Feedback to Us

You assign all rights, title, and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company. If such assignment is ineffective, You grant Us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sublicense, distribute, modify, and exploit such Feedback without restriction.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as Kajabi, that We do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access to the Service, including the Course, immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to access the Service will cease immediately. Access to Course content and materials after termination, including any previously downloaded content, is subject to the Company’s sole discretion and may be determined based on Our policies at the time (e.g., permanent downloads or closure of the Kajabi platform). Any continued use of Course materials post-termination remains subject to these Terms.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party platforms like Kajabi.

These Terms and Your use of the Service are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If You access the Service from outside the United States, You do so at Your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Disputes Resolution
